Two Kings core values include encouraging team members and partners to take leadership roles in improving our shared community.
In real estate we believe in Socially responsible investing. The NY Times has a great article about how to do good while doing well: https://www.nytimes.com/2018/11/09/your-money/tax-breaks-opportunity-zones-investment.html?smprod=nytcore-ipad&smid=nytcore-ipad-share. The new tax code includes incentives to help accelerate investment in Opportunity Zones and we will support that mission.
We are building in Manhattan's Lower East Side hoping to revitalize this community adjacent to Manhattan's gentrified SoHo. You can read about the project at www.148AttorneyLES.com
Two Kings team members support www.ReachStem.com. ReachStem aims to encourage and motivate children from underrepresented backgrounds to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and math. The organization began with a focus in the United States and initially the New York City area to help the growing economic and privilege gap.
Two Kings team members have committed to advancing global public health via long term and immediate solutions. One step has been to support undergraduate education programming via Yale University's Jackson Institute for Global Affairs in the hopes of inspiring visionaries like these students:
In addition team members are helping to fund grassroots level organizations that provide actual treatments, health care and education. These organizations include http://www.rajsaubhag.org/health and https://prathamusa.org.
