Manish Shah

Manish has served as principal and manager of control equity, preferred equity, mezzanine and senior debt investments. His prior experience includes the turnaround of a publicly traded company where he was responsible for business and real estate acquisitions and divestitures. He has executed private equity transactions for Morgan Stanley and advised numerous public and private companies while at Bear Stearns and Morgan Stanley Technology Investment Banking. Manish graduated with honors from Harvard Law School, and graduated with honors and distinction in two majors from Yale University. He serves on the Board of Advisors for Yale's Jackson Institute for Global Affairs.

Christopher Wang

Christopher has served as principal and manager of apartments, hotels, office and retail properties in the New York-New Jersey region. He led the operation and renovation of branded hotels representing 1,500 rooms, and helped manage more than 1,100 apartments in New York City. His prior experience includes co-founding a real estate technology startup and managing medical device sales in Asia. Christopher attended the Lawrenceville School and earned BBA and MBA degrees from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
